History
The University was founded in 1878 as the first Russian educational center in the vast territory of Siberia behind the Ural mountains till the Russian Far East. Now it is one of the leading, most respectable and famous medical institutions in the Asian part of Russia. According to the 2000 Universities’ rating of the Russian Ministry of Higher Education the Siberian State Medical University occupies the second honor place after the Moscow Medical Academy. Siberian State Medical University is actively developing an innovative way:
- SSMU twice was among the finalists for the status of universities in national research universities , formulating a strategy of participation in the development of economically significant biomedklastera ( 2009, 2010 years) .
- The first among the Russian Siberian State Medical Schools received the support of the Russian Government for the implementation of the development of innovation infrastructure ( 2010 )
- SSMU initiated and coordinated the technological platform ” Medicine of the Future ,” which went down in the list of approved and recommended for implementation by the Government of the Russian Federation ( 2011 ) .
- Only one of the medical universities in the country SSMU became a partner of the Innovation Center ” Skolkovo ” (as part of a consortium of Tomsk universities and research institutes) , scientists SibSMU first opened in Tomsk company – resident ” Skolkovo ” in the field of medicine ( 2011 ) .
- The clinics SibSMU deployed to provide high-tech medical care following areas: abdominal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology , thoracic surgery , ophthalmology , urology developed and implemented a program of modernization , which received the support of the Health Ministry of Russia. ( 2011 ) .
- With the support of the Government of the Russian Federation in the Siberian State Medical University was created only in the Urals training simulation center for training and professional development ( 2011 )

Semey State University named after Shakarim
About University
Semey State University named after Shakarim qualitatively differs from all the universities of Semey region, because of being multidisciplinary classical European university. It was found on the basis of animal health, technological and financial institutions in 1995, SSU managed to preserve and increase the traditions of higher education, becoming a cultural, educational, methodological and scientific center of the North-Eastern region of Kazakhstan.
History
Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University is the legal successor of the Semipalatinsk State University Semei, which was created through the unification of the three high schools (teachers, animal health and production) by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 13.11.1995, and the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 304 from 01.02. 1995. Today the University is one of the largest multidisciplinary universities of Kazakhstan. Shakarim Semipalatinsk State University is in the 10th position in the rank of all multidisciplinary universities of Kazakhstan according to the results of educational activities evaluation conducted by the National Accreditation Centre of the Ministry of Education and Science in 2008. The university has a state license 000004 and has successfully passed the State Certification.

V. Surikov Moscow State Academy Art Institute is one of the leading centers of higher art education in Russia.
History
In 1939, Igor Grabar became the first rector of the Moscow State Art Institution. The noted artist, art historian and talented teacher I. Grabar managed to attract to the Institute such renowned artists as S. Gerasimov, A. Deineka, A. Lentulov, V. Favorski, A. Osmerkin, K. Istomin who greatly contributed to the development of the best traditions of the Moscow art school.
In 1947 the Institute became a division of the USSR Academy of Arts. In 1948, in honor of the centenary of V. Surikov’s birth, the Institute was named after the celebrated Russian artist V. Surikov.

MIPP actively promotes links with society through existing university-industry partnerships, courses that cater to societal demands, lifelong learning opportunities for members of society. The alumni network is part of this program, enabling the transfer of skills and information from generation to generation of students and academics, fostering communication and expanding students’ employability.
Presently, MIPP has a total enrollment of 11 thousand students in 18 regional branches and Moscow providing training to an increasingly diverse student body, also incorporating international students.

Moscow Institute of Entrepreneurship and Law (MIPP) was established in 1991 to offer courses at undergraduate, graduate and postgraduate levels and conduct research across the full spectrum of academic activity related to entrepreneurship. MIPP provides the students with a rich and diverse learning environment that ensures opportunities for both intellectual development and the acquisition of professional knowledge and skills.

Each year, the institute is allocated to 15% of the budget places.Up to 10% of the students become holders of educational grants.Any high school student can test their knowledge by becoming a party to the annual competition in entrepreneurship or business game.Pupils who took first place are exempt from tuition fees. Second place is entitled to free education in the first three years . Third place two years.
